    God, I love your humanitarianism, Jerry! YOU ARE a true and honest HEALER! What YOU have figured out is HOW to actually FIX people! NOT a practitioner who stops short and keeps the patient in the circle of illness, to generate continued flow of income! You WANT TO FIX people, so they DON'T have to keep coming back! This was what medical practices USED to embrace but no longer do! Bless you, Jerry!❣️

    Is there a tendon or ligament in this area or on the inner side of the pelvis that can actually get hung up or slide over and get stuck, that causes extreme pain and inhibits normal gate? Something SIMILAR to when the Biceps Tendon slides out of its groove in the shoulder?

    Dr. Hesch, as a doctor who has hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), I'm finding that this situation is actually quite common. We have suffered in silence for so long not having anyone to address the issues associated with EDS. Because even though it was discovered in 1901 and 1907 (by two dermatologists-Ehlers and Danlos) it was thought to be very rare and therefore there was little if any information regarding it was taught in medical schools. Well, research is now showing it is not rare as once thought. There's even some intial research showing that many people who have been diagnosed as Fibromyalgia, may actually suffer from a connective tissue disorder, the most common being hEDS. So, those people who are hypermobile and suffer with a connective tissue disorder (collagen dysfuction), we experience not only SI joint dysfunction, Ilium rotations, pubic symphysis issues and low back pain, but from malalignments all over our bodies. We are certainly hypermobile, but also experience a some point in our condition progression the compensatory response of horrible spasms in all tissues-muscles, tendons, ligments, fascia, etc. We can simply get out of a car or truck, or walk on uneven ground, or sit with poor posture, do normal ADL's, etc. and cause this type of malalignments with loss of response on Spring tests. Add to it any kind of fall, car accident or trauma, we regularly sublux and dislocate easily, most times with spontaneous reductions, but sometimes not. Thank you for posting these videos! Please see Ehlers-Danlos.com for more information and resources.

    Thank you so much for the knowledge of the cuboid bone. I have suffered off and on for the past 10 years with pain. I’ve seen doctors,gotten X-rays, an MRI, cortisone shots and nothing has helped. Now that I know it is a matter of manipulation and exercise I feel that there is hope of getting to recovery.

    • @jerryheschsr
      @jerryheschsr Месяц назад

      I have helped some with chronic cuboid syndrome. Balancing transverse plane movement in subtalar joint and navicular oftentimes liberates cuboid but sometimes it does need the opposite of the cuboid whip to restore pronation of the cuboid. Mine was stuck after a trauma and rather that whip it I took a few minutes to glide it upwards and the 30-oscillations, then addressed the aforementioned, "once and done"! If you ever travel to CO I am near the airport. I can't promise that this is true, but I hope so: " Now that I know it is a matter of manipulation and exercise"

Also can it affect the hamstring (my calfs and hamstrings get really tight then in the lumbar area and I can hardly walk thru the store or stand more than 10 min). No treatments for the spine have helped (including steroid injections and surgeons say I am not a candidate for surgery but no one can answer why symptoms severe. even mild-moderate stenosis (have) do not make sense to why I cannot walk/stand) no ne checked S1 joint. what do you think?

    Hi, I was suffering from the plantar fasciitis for about 4 years which happened because of the intense badminton I used to play. I consulted a physiotherapist and went through various treatments he used to give like russian, tense, waxing, IR treatments etc and many exercises. This helped me a lot and the main points of pain due to PF are gone. However, I am still suffering from the outside foot pain probably due to 5th metatarsal injuries. There are two points in the 5th metatarsals which are the centre of the pain, and the pain is not going. This is a really serious problem. I wear archfit slippers and shoes as per the recommendations of the doctor. It is very difficult for me to stand for long time even after wearing the archfit footwears. My X-ray and MRI reports are completely normal. One place of pain is just before the cuboid in the bottom, and second point of pain is after the 5th metatarsal bone. Could you suggest something?
